I have an electrical engineering degree and a computer science minor from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (May 1998).
Real time data acquisition, data display (GUI) data communications and video game development are my primary interests.

Present

I build */Apache/MySQL/PHP systems on the BSD/Linux/*nix platforms and program application and services with low run-time costs.
I also write video game systems and titles for many platforms including XBox 360, Playstation 3, Windows and BSD/Linux/*nix.
My background in video game development provides me with a lot of real-time requirement experience. Online programming and telecommunication experience provides me with a wealth of knowledge on networking solutions in a real-world environment.

• Please include a description of the proposed project.
• Provide me a copy of any required Non Disclosure Agreements.
• The Company name -- I need to make sure if I have any past/current requirements/restrictions to uphold.
Please, also make sure that the Company will be able to agree with the following:
• The Company will allow me to work on other projects concurrently that may or may not be from The Company.
• Arbitration of Disputes: The Company and I will agree to resolve any disputes we may have with each other through final and binding arbitration.
• Confidentiality: The Company will agree to not subpoena any of my computers, electronic devices or any digital recordings or analog (written, printed, etc.) materials. The Company will acknowledge that they are not the only entity I am working with and must respect the same confidentiality and protection the other entities have with me.
These conditions will be detailed during contract negotiations.
